We are Hiring SME/QC US Healthcare

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Effectively lead, manage and oversee a team
Should Optimize existing finance teams, systems and processes to achieve strategic goals
Should involve managing and guiding a team of A/R associates who will be responsible for analysis of receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to get reimbursed./
Should provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively.
Perform quality check on the AR and Billing follows or EOB denial analysis work done by the team before it is sent to the clients.

Should have at least 3+years of experience as an SME or Team leader
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time
Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
Extremely high level of attention to detail
Punctual and time-sensitive
Target oriented and AR resolution mind set
Team player
Strong analytical background
Strong knowledge of Health care vertical in RCM space
Keen eye for process and quality improvement

**Salary for Experienced (Depending on Experience)**
- **Sat - Sun **Fixed Week Off
- Pick up and Drop CAB facilities
