**Salary**:

- **Semi-Qualified CA (Inter)**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000/month
- **Qualified CA**:₹75,000 - ₹80,000+/month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute internal audits: planning, walkthroughs, sampling, testing, and reporting
- Review internal controls, SOPs, compliance, and operational processes
- Perform IFC/ICFR testing, documentation and risk assessments
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
- Prepare audit workpapers, schedules, and client-ready reports
- Coordinate with client teams for data, discussions, and clarification
- Support seniors on special reviews and advisory assignments

**Semi-Qualified CA (Inter)**
- 0.6-2+ years internal audit experience
- Knowledge of audit procedures, reconciliations, controls and Excel

**Qualified CA**
- 2-3 years experience in Internal Audit / IFC
- Ability to independently handle audit sections and guide junior staff

**Common Skills**:

- Strong analytical ability and documentation discipline
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
