Salary:

  • Semi-Qualified CA (Inter): ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month
  • Qualified CA: ₹75,000 – ₹80,000+/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal audits: planning, walkthroughs, sampling, testing, and reporting
  • Review internal controls, SOPs, compliance, and operational processes
  • Perform IFC/ICFR testing, documentation and risk assessments
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Prepare audit workpapers, schedules, and client-ready reports
  • Coordinate with client teams for data, discussions, and clarification
  • Support seniors on special reviews and advisory assignments

Candidate Profile:

Semi-Qualified CA (Inter)

  • 0.6–2+ years internal audit experience
  • Knowledge of audit procedures, reconciliations, controls and Excel

Qualified CA

  • 2–3 years experience in Internal Audit / IFC
  • Ability to independently handle audit sections and guide junior staff

Common Skills:

  • Strong analytical ability and documentation discipline
  • Good communication and client-handling skills
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
