**Job Summary**:
We are hiring an entry-level IT Network Administrator to support hardware, software, and network-related issues remotely. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot user problems, and manage systems including Microsoft Office 365.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and network issues remotely
- Support user access and account management in Microsoft Office 365
- Monitor basic network health and escalate technical issues
- Maintain system documentation and asset tracking
- Follow IT processes under the guidance of senior team members

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and Office 365
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 (preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work with a remote support team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
