**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our clients and their employees through our industrial food service. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check the quality and quantity of meals before dispatch to client cafetaria.
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Assist in the setup of food counter area.
- Serve food professionally while adhering to service standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food counter area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduation in any field or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of banquet service etiquette and procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
