Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise housekeeping, canteen, and office maintenance activities.

· Help in managing contractor manpower attendance, deployment, and daily monitoring.

· Ensure smooth functioning of utilities – electricity, water, internet, CCTV surveillance, and other facilities (including daily surveillance report checks).

· Manage office equipment, furniture, and repair schedules.

· Handle admin-related procurement (stationery, housekeeping materials, etc.).

· Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.

· Maintain vendor records and payment follow-ups.

· Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and traveler/other services for staff and guests.

· Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and transport schedules.

· Coordinate with security agencies and monitor visitor entry/exit.

· Maintain documentation for statutory and facility-related compliance.

· Conduct periodic physical verification of admin inventory.

· Support in organizing office events, meetings, celebrations, and birthday arrangements.

· Assist in general correspondence and administrative approvals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Vendor management and negotiation skills

· Proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Any Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Minimum 5 Years in admin – manufacturing industry only
