As our Quality Control Assurance, you will play a key part in the success of our people.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for any L&D related queries, liaising with the rest of the HR team as required.
- Listening to call recording and generate a call audit report on daily basis.
- Supporting the team with L&D evaluation process by pulling off relevant reports.

Desired profile:
- We’d love to meet someone with:
- Experience in creating and maintaining excel spread sheets.
- Excellent IT skills (including MS Office).
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written & Listening skills.
- Good team working skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- A good working knowledge of English is needed, as second language (Marathi, Hindi, Gujrati & Tamil) will be a plus.

Qualification:
- Bachelors or Diploma in Hospitality (Hotel Management) or relevant degree.
- Freshers can also apply.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
