**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and optimization of content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored to different social media channels.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help foster a positive online community.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist with the execution of social media campaigns, including research, planning, and reporting on key metrics.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track performance across social media channels and assist in generating reports on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive social media strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media (internships or freelance work welcome).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights) is a plus.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
