Job description

**Skills**:

- Should have strong written and verbal capabilities
- Background will be from tendering background
- CV Sourcing/Screening (Must)
- Highly motivated and able to work well independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Calendar Management
- Planning, scheduling meetings & appointments
- Co-ordinate & arrange meetings, conferences, events etc.
- Attend meetings as required: Draft agenda, take meeting notes etc preparing MOM.
- Organize & Maintain personal/ official files & folders systematically
- Co-ordination with different departments for the collection of reports.
- Preparation of different daily, weekly & monthly reports, presentations etc

Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in any stream, post graduate. MBA from reputed college shall be preferable
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Delhi, Delhi - 110074, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
- Cv screening/Sourcing: 3 years (preferred)

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chattar Pur, South - 110030, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
