Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to stay up-to-date on product developments and market trends
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including product guides, whitepapers, case studies, and demo videos
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including developing launch plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze key metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn rate, to optimize marketing strategies and drive customer retention

Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, training programs, and competitive battle cards

Nice to Have:

- Experience with product development and launch processes
- Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics, such as sales velocity and conversion rates
- Familiarity with customer success and account management processes
- Experience with international marketing and business development

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding marketing targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the product and industry, with the ability to communicate complex product information to customers
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
