**Job Title: MBA Marketing Fresher - Lead Generation/Business Development Executive**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Marketing Fresher to join our team as a Lead Generation/Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for marketing and a desire to kickstart their career in lead generation and business development.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and research potential leads and target demographics to generate new business opportunities.

2. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.

4. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, sales presentations, and proposals.

6. Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:
1. MBA in Marketing or related field.

2. Strong English fluency, both written and verbal, is required.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to think creatively and strategically to generate leads and drive business growth.

5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

7. Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or sales is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
