Bachelor's**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all operational activities of the moulding department, including production, and processing.
- Planned and schedule the manufacturing of moulding products to meet expected delivery schedules and inventory levels.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials, machines, moulds, auxiliary equipment, and employees.
- Perform mould set-up and colour changes as required to meet production demands.
- Troubleshoot mould processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment to ensure product quality and reduce downtime.
- Set moulding process parameters to meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to moulding technicians and operators.
- Provide leadership in maintaining all operational systems and process controls associated with mould processing, mould maintenance, equipment maintenance, and repair.
- Ensure compliance with all moulding-related procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Train and develop moulding personnel related to the moulding process.
- Document, report, and maintain all critical production information.
- Support new tool design and development.
- RM follow up and RM chose
- Outshores supplier planning and follow-up
- Inhouse production requirement planning

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of injection moulding experience, with at least 7 years in a lead technical or mould department management role.
- Strong technical and business discussion capabilities.
- Proven expertise in the field of plastic injection moulding.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects by prioritising workload effectively.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and hi-growth environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
