The Plastic Injection Moulding Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts that meet quality and production standards. This role involves maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a safe and efficient production process.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating injection moulding machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Clean machines, moulds, and work areas to maintain operational efficiency.
- Identify issues in the injection moulding process, such as material flow problems, flash, or underfilling, and take corrective actions.
- Load raw materials (e.g., plastic resins) into the machine hopper and monitor material levels during production.
- Document any issues or deviations from the production process for review by supervisors.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
