**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Designing Beautiful, Functional Websites**:
Lead the design of visually stunning websites that are user-centered, responsive, and optimized for performance. Whether it’s for our company website or clients, you’ll ensure every page feels seamless and fits perfectly within our brand’s aesthetic.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**:
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that prioritize user experience. You’ll map out intuitive navigation paths, create clear and simple layouts, and ensure the overall site design enhances usability.
- **Collaborating with Development Teams**:
Work closely with our front-end developers to ensure the visual design translates seamlessly into the final product. You’ll help with UI (user interface) design decisions, provide assets for development, and ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- **Responsive Web Design**:
Ensure every website is fully responsive and works across multiple devices and screen sizes, from desktop to mobile.
- **Continuous Design Optimization**:
Regularly update and optimize the websites you create, making sure they align with the latest design trends, accessibility standards, and performance metrics. You’ll be focused on both aesthetics and usability, ensuring the site delivers a superior experience for every user.
- **SEO-Focused Design**:
Partner with the SEO team to ensure the design of the website aligns with search engine optimization best practices, from load speeds to mobile optimization to structured data.
- **Brand Consistency**:
Maintain consistency in design elements (typography, color schemes, imagery, etc.) across all web properties, ensuring the brand’s visual identity is upheld in every design project.
- **Client Communication**:
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and make revisions as necessary. You’ll be able to balance client requests with your design expertise to create effective, engaging websites.
- **Innovation & Trends**:
Stay ahead of the curve in terms of design trends, web technologies, and emerging design tools. You’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and implement them in your design projects.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Proven Web Design Expertise**:
Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design visually stunning and user-friendly websites. Your work should showcase your ability to create intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing websites.
- **Design Tools Proficiency**:
Expertise in design tools such as **Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar** for creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Knowledge of **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop) is also a plus.
- **Front-End Design Knowledge**:
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for collaborating effectively with development teams. While you won’t necessarily be coding the websites yourself, you’ll need to understand how your designs will translate into code.
- **User-Centered Design**:
Strong understanding of UX design principles and the ability to create designs that focus on user needs, making websites intuitive and easy to navigate.
- **Responsive Design Expertise**:
Deep knowledge of designing for multiple devices and screen sizes. You can ensure your designs are fluid, functional, and look great on any screen.
- **Attention to Detail**:
You’re someone who obsesses over the finer details of your designs—alignment, spacing, color contrast, typography—making sure everything is just right.
- **SEO & Web Performance Knowledge**:
Understanding how design decisions affect SEO, site speed, and overall site performance. You’ll be involved in ensuring that websites you design are optimized for both users and search engines.
- **Collaboration & Communication Skills**:
You’re a great communicator, able to articulate design concepts clearly to non-designers. You’re also comfortable working with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.
