**Web & Brand Content Designer**

If you’re a digital first designer with experience creating still and video assets for eCommerce businesses (website, social, paid media, brand partnerships, and more), then come join our dynamic team as a Web/Brand Content Designer. You will be a key contributor in creating graphics and visual content that help shape user experiences with our brand. This position is as tactical as it is strategic; managing multiple design projects requires strong time management skills; being a strong operator in the weeds and delivering assets on time is critical. You will have demonstrated strengths in understanding consumer trends, working within brand guidelines to deliver content that educates, informs, converts shoppers. If you have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, have worked in Figma/Adobe XD and have a portfolio that clearly highlights your many design experiences and skills, we want to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and execute content design that drives awareness, increases consideration and conversion for our brand and products across all digital touchpoints, while working within our brand guidelines
- Create, design, and deliver campaign assets across mobile, product, interactive, OOH, print, and digital, including video edits
- Maintain creative process workflow and relationships between brand, DTC, content marketing and developers
- Work and communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill design concepts and deliverables on time.
- Work with a team of internal stakeholders located in different time zones and countries on brand specific projects.
- You may occasionally find yourself supporting UI/UX projects, including but not limited to generating wireframes and visually stunning landing pages, web, and mobile pages, while working within our branding and style guidelines
- Support marketing and DTC teams on other tasks, as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a design-related creative field required
- 4+ years proven track record as a designer at an ecommerce agency or in-house design experience for an ecommerce brand, preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual creatives, including video content is a must
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools, including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and meet project deadlines
- You can clearly and confidently present your designs and receive feedback graciously
