**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into appropriate databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Review and correct data entry errors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry needs and issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard office environment with potential remote work options.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
