Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location - Pune

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Ensure that all data entered is accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized.

Data Gathering:
Collect and extract relevant information from various websites as per project requirements.

Organize the gathered data systematically for further processing and integration into internal systems.

Record Maintenance:
Maintain, organize, and update data records in Excel sheets.

Create and manage complex spreadsheets with formulas, charts, and data summaries.

Regularly review and verify the accuracy of records and make updates as necessary.

Client Communication:
Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to the data with relevant clients.

Maintain a log of all client communications for reference and tracking purposes.

Reporting:
Assist in creating performance or progress reports for internal teams or client use.

Data Integrity and Security:
Follow company policies regarding data confidentiality and security.

Ensure that all sensitive client information is handled with discretion and stored securely.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in data entry with strong typing speed and accuracy.

Experience in gathering and extracting data from websites efficiently.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).

Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in data entry, web scraping, or administrative roles.

Familiarity with CRM or data management software.

Experience with reporting tools or data analysis.

Work Environment:
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Flexibility in managing workloads and meeting deadlines.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
