**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

Department: Administration / Operations

Location: Near Khandoba mandir, Jai Ganesh Vision Akurdi Pune

Reporting To: HR Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in computer systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, typing accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Review and correct data errors before entering into systems.
- Retrieve data as requested for management or other departments.
- Prepare and compile reports, letters, and documents when needed.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality of information.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30-40 words per minute

- Fast and accurate typing
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Time management and reliability

**Work Schedule**:
Full-time, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Sunday off

**Salary Range**:
₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
