The Front Office Manager is the face of the hotel, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient experience for guests. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

- _**Guest Relations**_
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- _**Reservation Management**_
- Thorough knowledge about Property managment software, managing the reservation calendar, and other OTA's
- Confirm reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- _**Front Desk Operations**_
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments.
- Maintain guest records and manage room keys.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standard
- _**Communication**_
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Able to write and speak in English,
- Tamil and Hindi
- _**Administrative Duties**_
- Maintain daily logs and reports, including occupancy reports and guest feedback.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Monitor and replenish front desk supplies as needed.
- _**Customer Service**_
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Education: Bachelors / A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.( ENGLISH, TAMIL, HINDI)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

- Capability to lift and carry light loads (up to 10 kg).
- Comfortable working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹13000.00 - ₹16000.00 per month
