**Job Description**:
As a Telecaller at Skrolled, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our services, gather information, and set up appointments for our sales team. Your role is crucial in generating leads and driving the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Skrolled's services and identify their needs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by understanding their requirements and providing relevant information about our offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure consistent engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and encourage future business.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential clients to improve the sales process and address any concerns.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
