**About the Role**

We are looking for a polished, people-oriented **Sales Associate** to join our flagship NSL boutique in Pune. You’ll assist walk-in clients, provide styling guidance, and drive sales through outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone who understands premium fashion and is passionate about building long-term customer relationships in a luxury retail setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, high-touch in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and guide them through collections and styles
- Assist with fittings, size recommendations, and personal styling queries
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and styling suggestions
- Manage billing, order notes, and maintain accuracy in POS entries
- Maintain store cleanliness, display aesthetics, and inventory arrangement
- Keep track of daily sales, walk-ins, and conversions
- Assist with customer follow-ups, alterations, pickups, or custom orders
- Support special events, trunk shows, and new launches at the store

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience in fashion/clothing retail** (luxury, ethnic, designer wear preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable appearance and polished grooming — must reflect NSL’s luxury image
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and fashion styling
- Ability to handle billing, order entry, and basic inventory checks
- Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus
- Team player with a client-first attitude

- Previous experience in bridal, ethnic, or couture sales
- Styling skills or fashion education background
- Experience handling HNI clients or VIP clientele
