**Job Title**: Store Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, optimal customer satisfaction, and efficient utilization of resources. They are responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales to meet targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, receipts, and adjustments.
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock turnover and minimize obsolete stock.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store personnel, including sales associates and support staff.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure adherence to work schedules.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build customer loyalty.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, sales events, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure the proper functioning of all store equipment, including POS systems, cash registers, and security systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including displays, shelves, and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Manage store expenses and budgets, including payroll, utilities, and maintenance costs.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to optimize profitability.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail management.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,315.60 per month
