- Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries via phone or online platforms.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models and accessories.

**2.Product Knowledge & Demonstration**:

- Provide detailed information about features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties of two-wheeler products.
- Conduct test rides and explain vehicle performance and benefits.

**3.Sales Process**:

- Guide customers through the complete sales process—from inquiry to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.

Prepare and complete sales documentation, invoices, and registration forms.

**4.After-Sales Support**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and handle minor service-related queries.
- Coordinate with service and finance departments for smooth customer service.

**5.Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in automotive sales, preferably two-wheelers.
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler models, specifications, and local market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in local language(s); basic English and computer knowledge preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automobiles.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
