Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

**Job Description**:

- Accounts Receivable/Payable: Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- MIS Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly MIS, reports, and other financial documents as required by management or regulatory authorities.
- Assisting in Audits: Support the audit process by preparing relevant documentation, schedules, and reports as requested by auditors.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Verify incoming and outgoing transactions.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or any other relevant field
- 3-8 year of working experience in bookkeeping or any related field.
- Should Have experience in US Accounting.
- Background of working with business tools, income tax worksheets and computations
- Hands-on experience in data entry, computing software and record keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate.

Experience: 3-8 years’ experience.

Job Location: Pune.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
