**Job Opening: US Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable Specialist)**

We are hiring a skilled **US Accountant** with hands-on experience in **QuickBooks** and expertise in US accounting and invoicing.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate appropriate collection actions.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales Team, Project Coordinators, AP Team, Project Managers, Estimation Team, etc.) to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage US sales tax payments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as **QuickBooks** and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
