**Responsibilities**:
**To look after 300 TO 400 seats outbound call centre operations and deliver high productivity through controlling, monitoring, analyzing & reviewing system.**

**Manage data sources and ensure proper data churning on Dialler**

**. Schedule progressive and predictive callings**

**. Ensure proper Talktimes, shrinkage, attrition on the Call center floor**

**. Connect with Team Leaders & Agents to ensure low attrition**

**Minimum Education
- ANY GRADUATE**

**Work Experience
- 15-18 YEARS MINIMUM**

**Gender -MALE / FEMALE BOTH CAN APPLY**

**Industry Exposure Required
- Hands on experience in domestic out-bound sales process**

**Experience in Outbound call centre sales process - Min 10+ yrs. Min number of agents handled : 200+**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
