**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support the R & R practice
- Responsible for preparation of all documentation / structuring relating to mandates
- Assist the team head in achieving the budgeted revenue.
- Interact with lenders community at large to generate market understanding
- Ability to execute project, prioritize workload and manage client relationships on site.
- Responsible for managing key client portfolio and building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, clients and lenders.
- Identification of key issues.
- Management of and contribution to the development of subordinates, including timely and objective feedback on every job.
- Ensure high quality in client service by informing supervisors of engagement status and managing staff performance.

**Desired Profile**:

- CA/MBA(Finance)
- 1 - 4 years of experience.
- Prior experience in a professional consultancy firm is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution
- Strong Negotiation Skills; Persuasiveness and Ownership attitude
- Should be willing to travel
