**Designation - Event Coordinator**

Salary Budget - upto 20k

Experience - 6 months - 2 years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sponsorship revenue goals (Sponsorship, Delegates)
- Engaging with clients on the phone, personal meetings, Online, social media, and developing relationships. It includes travel for meetings in the city, region
- Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on their fit with the organization’s goals and target audience
- Create custom sponsorship proposals and presentations that are tailored to the sponsor’s needs and interests
- Track sponsorship revenue and expenses, providing regular reports to management

**Requirement**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
- B2B Corporate Sales
- Consultative Selling Skills
- Entrepreneurial Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
