Qc Executive

**Job Title**:Quality Control (QC) Executive
**Location**:Umargaon & Sarigam ( Gujarat)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of metal sheet fabrication and assembly processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Review AutoCAD drawings to ensure product specifications are met during production.
- Perform measurements, testing, and evaluations of metal components using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Document and report quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Perform routine checks and audits on finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Ensure that all materials and finished products meet customer and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Assist in training team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in quality control, with a focus on metal sheet fabrication.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of metal sheet materials, fabrication processes, and welding techniques.
- Good knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to metal sheet fabrication.
- Ability to identify, report, and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
