About the role: - MAINTAINING & STORING INCOMING RAW MATERIAL, SEMI FINISHED

ARTICLES & PACKING MATERIAL AND ISSUE TO MOLDING & ASSEMBLY

DEPT. AS PER REQUIREMENT.

Education: - B.COM. (A & F).

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the material receipt from Vendor and third party,

coordinating with mathadi, making space arrangement for

unloading the material, verifying stock as per invoice and

checking all the documents as per standard, stickering barcode

on each bag and completing the ERP process of inwarding.

2. Track documentation and resolve any differences on received

orders.

3. Responsible for material issue to Moulding, Projects and

completing the ERP transactions related to them.

4. Consumables, spares and stationery issue to other departments

as assembly, Moulding, QC, purchase, commercial, projects,

accounts, maintenance, toolroom.

5. Responsible for month end count of all the items including RM,

Masterbatch, tray and boxes and cross
- verifying the same

against the ERP stock and rectifying the same if found any.

6. Daily providing the GRN receipt report to all the concerned

management team.

7. Checking Vendor bills for material receipts and submitting the

bills to accounts dept.

8. Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records and withdrawals

from the stores.

9. All incoming materials (Samples, RM, MB, Bought Outs, Stationery

& Consumables) entry in Inward Register.

10. Prepare challan for outgoing materials.
