Ø **Work closely with the Sales team to maximise sales performance of every sales staff in your territory as per the target provided.**

Ø **Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.**

Ø **Study Daily Sales Report (DSR) received from the sales team and update in the computer and follow up.**

Ø **Ensure weekly / monthly tour plans are received and followed by the sales team regularly**

Ø **Prepare machine order forecast based on sales plan of the sales team and send to the purchase dept. To ensure availability of machines.**

Ø **Prepare and submit a monthly performance report of each sales person for the order executed, pending orders with reason, demos pending, expected orders etc.**

Ø **Update competitors activities chart.**

Ø **Prepare the presentation data in power point for the monthly/annual sales meet.**

Ø **Coordinate with Service division and arrange demo in consultation with sales team.**

Ø **Update demo details in the computer and follow up with sales team for execution of order.**

Ø **Handle the processing of machines orders with accuracy and timeliness and inform sales team in case of unforeseen delays or problems**

Ø **Collect prospective customers list from the sales team every month and also collect total requirement of machines and update in the computer.**

Ø **Attend enquiries and pass the hot enquiries to respective Area Sales Manager / Executive and follow up**

Ø **Coordinate with Telemarketing Department for the hot customer updates.**

Ø **Assist in the preparation and organizing promotional materials for the exhibitions etc.**

Ø **Arrange visiting cards, brochures / catalogues, etc. for the exhibition as and when conducted. As the exhibition finishes return the materials to Admin and stock department.**

Ø **Ensure company website is updated with the proposed exhibition details etc.**

Ø **Coordinate and arrange travelling tickets for the sales team.**

Ø **Update customer details received from the exhibition in the computer and for hot customers, follow up with sales team.**

Ø **Arrange visiting card, SIM, E-mail ID, Company Uniform**

Ø **Checking TA/DA details /bills received from sales team and forward it to Accounts dept for settlement.**

Ø **Sales coordinator must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner (with customer).**

Ø **Pass the enquiry details to the concerned sales team and update the feedback received and follow up**

Ø **To prepare and then follows up on any sales quotations made for customers**

Ø **Sales coordinator is also responsible to take care other areas in case of the concerned coordinator's absence in that area.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
