Travel Operation Executive

A Travel Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a travel company. This may include managing staff, developing and implementing processes and procedures, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that customer needs are met.

1. Making quotation, travel Itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers
2. Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel
itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
3. Communicating with suppliers & service providers
4. Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound
6. Keeping track on documentation, payments.
7. Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service
8. Follow the set SLA and guidelines
9. Meet the set target

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors in Commerce/Tourism/Arts +
1+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry
Excellent communication skills
Should be multi-lingual
Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information
Ability to work as part of a team
Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
