As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient solutions to our customers’ queries or issues. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide high-quality service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customers’ complaints with effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions and issues for future reference.
- Assisting customers with technical issues such as troubleshooting, configuration, and billing.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Sharing customer feedback with the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service, meeting the company’s expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Odiya and Hindi with good spoken and written English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow procedures to resolve them.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Adaptability to work non-standard hours and in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a dynamic environment.
