Job Description: Agency Life Insurance Business & Development Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Agency Life Insurance Consultant to join our dynamic team in Noida Sector 16. As an Agency Life Insurance Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling life insurance products to clients and building long-term relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the insurance industry and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development: Identify potential clients and actively generate leads through various channels. Present and explain life insurance products to prospects, understanding their needs, and customizing insurance solutions accordingly.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the agency and company.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our insurance products and gain a competitive edge.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members agents & Leaders to share best practices, strategies, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and complete required paperwork accurately for new policies and claims processing.

Training and Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the insurance industry.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in insurance sales min 5 years preferably in life insurance (Agency) with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present insurance products and build strong relationships with clients.

Strong networking and prospecting abilities to generate leads and expand the advisor & client base.

Sound knowledge of life insurance products, recruitment process, policies, and industry practices.

Goal-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for sales and lead management.

Must reside within a 10 km radius of our office location in Noida Sector 16.

**Salary**: Up to ₹660,000.00 per year
