We are looking for Sales / Business Development Manager with experience in Digital Marketing to manage sales and develop new business for our DTC Ecommerce growth hacking agency We are a young agency, with a strong portfolio comprised of several high profile brands in India and Abroad. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Managers, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level. **Responsibilities**:

- Developing, generating, and growing new digital marketing business, creating innovative online marketing sales plans and exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Strategize newer ways to grow partnerships & Affiliates
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Selling Web and Digital marketing services / solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, webinar marketing, Saas marketing, performance marketing etc
- Create effective and persuasive proposals.
- Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

**Skills**:

- Have a proven track record of selling growth hacking digital solutions to leading brands and corporate organizations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector
- Experience with direct client servicing at any Digital Marketing agency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Broad understanding of the business development process
- Must be from agency background.
- Extensive experience across the complete sales cycle from lead mining to final closure
