**Job Title**: Receptionist cum Office Assistant (Female Only)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and provide accurate information to callers.
- Handle customer feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage orders from our website and online marketplaces, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues related to orders or customer service.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is an advantage.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM]
