Provide guidance to the team throughout the project/product life cycle.
Should have good understanding of incident management, problem management, change
management and release management. Identify high priority incidents and escalate to
management.
Perform in-depth analysis and investigation of incidents to determine root causes and solutions.
Should be able to deploy projects and bug fixes to production.
Strong Object Oriented skill.
Should be able to handle complex coding independently and resolve the issues faced by other team mates
