**Job Description (JD) for Webinar Presenter**

**Position**: Webinar Presenter

**Department**: Marketing & Events

**Reports to**: Events Manager

**Location**: Bangalore/Hyderabad
**Role Summary**:
The Webinar Presenter will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and interactive online sessions on topics relevant to [Company/Product/Service]. This role demands an individual with a deep understanding of our offerings, superior presentation skills, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences in a virtual setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Webinar Presentation**:

- Conduct live webinars, ensuring the content is clear, interactive, and engaging.
- Prepare presentation materials, such as slides, polls, and Q&A sessions.

2. **Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure the material is relevant, up-to-date, and aligns with company branding.
- Customize presentations as needed based on audience feedback or specific client requests.

3. **Audience Engagement**:

- Foster a participatory environment during webinars.
- Address audience questions in real-time, ensuring clarity and understanding.

4. **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect feedback from participants post-webinar to continuously refine and improve content and delivery.
- Analyze metrics from webinars to identify areas of improvement and success.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure successful promotion and execution of webinars.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and to troubleshoot any technical issues during the webinar.

6. **Continued Learning**:

- Stay updated with industry trends and relevant topics to ensure webinars are current.
- Undertake training to improve presentation skills as required.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.

2. Proven experience in conducting webinars or live presentations.

3. Familiarity with webinar hosting tools and platforms.

4. Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills.

5. Ability to break down complex information into understandable and relatable content.

6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple webinars simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹252,169.99 - ₹695,708.78 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
