We’re expanding our team to scale our commercial growth through innovative advertising partnerships. Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Revenue Generation:Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV’s linear channels by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors.Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions. 2. Client & Agency Management:Build strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns. 3. Sales Strategy & Planning:Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets.Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities. 4. Campaign Execution & Coordination:Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction. Key Requirements:- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.- Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
