Make calls to potential customers or leads from a pre-existing list or database.
- Introduce products or services to customers, explain their benefits, and offer solutions to their needs.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling.
- Gather customer information and assess their interest or intent to make a purchase or sign up for a service.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for further sales discussions.
- Handle incoming calls for customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve complaints, or direct customers to the appropriate departments.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, complaints, and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote the company’s products or services to potential customers and encourage them to make purchases or take action (e.g., signing up, attending demos).
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers to persuade customers to make a purchase decision.
- Close sales deals over the phone or schedule face-to-face meetings.
- Update customer details, records, and notes in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Maintain and organize customer contact information for follow-up calls or marketing campaigns.
- Monitor customer interactions and keep accurate call logs.
- Contact customers to remind them of special offers, discounts, or renewal dates for services/products.
- Ensure customers are satisfied after a purchase or service interaction and offer further assistance if needed.
- Reconnect with prospects who previously showed interest but did not make a purchase.
- Report daily call statistics, including the number of calls made, successful conversions, and challenges faced.
- Meet or exceed call volume and sales conversion targets set by management.
- Effectively manage customer objections or resistance and provide relevant information to overcome doubts.
- Use persuasive language and negotiation skills to close deals.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
