**About this role**
In this role, you will get exposure to a busy, high volume, all day dining operation. You will be continuously supported by a large brigade of chefs, priding themselves on pace and attention to detail. Loyalty, growth and commitment are the qualities sought in our chefs. You are expected to show versatility with your skills and experience working in all sections of professional kitchens and remain calm during pressurised services.
Various clients' restaurants focus on Asian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine; seafood, fish and oyster dishes; beef and shellfish; French brasserie dishes; vegan/plant-based cooking; baking & pies; wok, and other dishes and cuisines.
**Assistance with relocation will be provided**.
**Requirements**:
- English language proficiency at least at B1 level
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Kind disposition toward others
- Skill running the pass in a busy restaurant
- Demonstrate experienced knife skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you
- Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes
