6. Design and develop comprehensive training programs for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration, including instructional materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
7. Conduct instructor-led training sessions for end-users and administrators on various SAP SuccessFactors modules.
8. Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees and administrators, both in-person and virtually.
9. Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups and skill levels.
10. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
