
IT Telecaller Sales

**Reports to**: Sales Manager/Team Lead
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Outreach**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing, web development, and IT services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information from prospects, and update CRM systems with client data.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage in conversations with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements, answer queries, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Follow-ups**: Schedule follow-up calls with prospects, and keep track of communication to ensure the sales process moves forward smoothly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s digital marketing and web development services to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
- **Appointments and Demos**: Set appointments for sales teams to conduct meetings or provide product demos.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and report feedback from clients regarding our services and help improve the overall customer experience.
- **Data Management**: Keep records of client interactions, notes, and follow-up tasks to ensure accurate communication and timely follow-ups.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align client needs with appropriate services.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of web development, digital marketing, and IT services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
