**Role & responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans under the guidance of senior architects.
- Create and modify architectural drawings and interior design plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for designing projects. Support project documentation and administrative tasks as needed, also coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts,Independently interact with Customers to understand the requirement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and models, to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support,Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects with a work experience of 2-3 years.
- Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and other design-related tools.
- Proficient in using realtime 3D rendering and visualisation tools like V-ray, Enscape, Lumion. This is a must have.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetic qualities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a diverse range of skills is required.
