As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping visionary projects and leading design initiatives that push the boundaries of creativity and functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead architectural design projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and deliver on project requirements.
- Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3ds Max.
- Create visual renderings and presentations using Adobe Photoshop and Lumion.
- Implement sustainable design principles in all projects.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and interns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Lumion, and Enscape.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
