We are looking for a Sales Counsellor to join our dynamic team at Cyber Elite Task Force, where we provide training and certifications in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Digital Forensics, Cloud Security, CCNA, CCNP, and more.

As a Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for calling leads generated through our online digital marketing efforts. Your main task will be to convert these leads into successful enrollments in our training programs. The role requires excellent communication and convincing skills, along with a basic understanding of computers. Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry will be a significant advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact leads provided by our marketing team.
- Convince and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve set conversion targets to qualify for salary and incentives.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Understanding of the cybersecurity job market is preferred.
- Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Ability to work with flexibility in terms of schedule.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time (In-office at Laxmi Nagar) or Work from Home (with less salary but higher incentives).

**Salary and Incentives**:

- Competitive salary plus attractive incentives based on conversions.
- Salary increment based on conversion ratio in the first month.
