We are seeking Sales Counselor to providing expert guidance to clients, recommending services and products to meet their aesthetic goals, and driving revenue growth for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments).
- Educate clients on the benefits, processes, and aftercare of treatments and products.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting services and upselling complementary treatments or products.
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate client records, including consultation details, sales transactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with clinicians, aestheticians, and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements, trends, and technologies in the aesthetic industry.
- Participate in training sessions, promotional events, and team meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the aesthetic, luxury, or wellness industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and booking systems.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the aesthetic or medical spa industry.
- Certification or training in aesthetics or beauty-related fields.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,652.22 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
