**_ We're looking for a Commerce graduate / RtR Professional, having good working knowledge on Lease contracts, depth in accounting functions, good Communications / interpersonal skills for interaction with different network participants (incl. external parties) in US market._**

- **
**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Good understanding of Contracts and its interpretations_**

**_ _**
- **_Oversee lease administration; manage all key lease dates; communicate all lease obligations internally; manage correspondence with landlord._**

**_ _**
- **_Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Real Estate teams to manage existing portfolio needs review lease extensions, renewal options and rent reductions, modify and extend tenant termination options, and amend agreements for additional tenant allowance._**

**_ _**
- **_After lease execution, actively manage and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure all necessary documents and payments (security deposit, prepaid rent, etc.) are sent to and received by the landlord and sent to the respective internal parties._**

**_ _**
- **_Preparation of monthly journal entries_**

**_ _**
- **_Identifying balancing items and its clearance_**

**_ _**
- **_Internal and External Audit_**

**_ _**
- **_SOX Compliance and adherence to internal control. _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**

**_ Minimum qualifications_**

- **_Bachelor’s degree in _**_Accounting._**

**_ _**
- **_Good analytical skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Good written and verbal communication skills_**

- **_MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros_**
