- In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to Procurement operation and coordinating with customer. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for someone who should be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement._

- Responsibilities_
- _Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems / issues and provide alternates_
- _Driving transformation projects working with the business and bring industry standards_
- _Stakeholder management, good communication, Ownership, Decision-making and Agile mindset_
- _Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives._
- _Liaise with the stakeholders to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame_
- _Perform spend & market analysis to identify the best available market price for the ongoing project/service_
- _Participate periodically in reviews with Global Category managers and Regional Heads of Procurement and their sourcing managers to ensure strategies are aligned and pipeline activity is managed_
- _Provide commodity insights based on industry benchmarks and standards_
- _Identify new vendors and provide detailed report on the identification process_
- _Stay updated with relevant regulations, laws, and industry best practices related to procurement activities._
- _Monitor performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Postgraduate in SCM._
- _Relevant professional work experience_
- _Experience in process management or data modelling, ideally in the environment of SAP products (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP)_
- _Confidence working in an internationally diverse environment and organization._
- _Strong stakeholder management skills_
- _Fluency in English_

- _Good communication, Ownership and Decision-making_
- _Demonstrated professional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills in English._
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _Familiarity with agile working methods is an advantage_

- _Proficient in MS office_
