To be able to consistently make coffee according to documented Di Bella Standards.
- To have a thorough knowledge of all coffee and coffee products sold at Di Bella Coffee and the ability to verbally communicate this knowledge in order to educate customers, promote new products and company events and to promote the Di Bella brand.
- Handle complaints according to Di Bella Coffee guidelines and in a way that leaves customer satisfied and impressed. Should be open to accept negative feedback, problem solving etc.
- To gain a thorough understanding of all procedures in Retail and follow all procedures as outlined in the Retail Procedures Manual.
- To communicate with the Senior Retail Specialist or Retail Team Leader any changes, problems, or complaints in the Retail area.
- Commitment to Di Bella Core Values of passion, accountability, consistency, inspiration and integrity (PACII) and display behaviour consistent with these Core Values.
- Daily cash control and cash handling.
- Conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventory as required.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the store at all given times.
- Following and delivering all the food safety rules.
- Maintaining the shelf life of products at all given times.
- Uncompromising standards to be maintained in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining clean bathrooms, building exterior, parking lot, dumpster and sidewalk, including removal of trash within containers to proper dumpster site.
- Unloading and stocking as required.
- Complying with SOD & EOD process.
- Ability to operate cash register or point of sale (POS) terminal, as needed.
- Team orientation, ability to work in teams achieving a common goal.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
